How Does It Work?
First we understand your practice needs, wants, and desires. We streamline this step with a simple Practice Analysis form in which you tell us the services you are interested in, your address, specialty, current patients per day, insurance mix, etc. This gives us a strong understanding as to which services may benefit you more than others. Once this is completed and discussed we both make a business decision on the next steps.
Timeframe: 1-2 days from receiving the Practice Analysis
If the Practice Analysis is favorable for both of us we discuss practice workflow, logistics, staffing, and billing. Once the details are discussed and agreed upon we customize a Services Agreement outlining the terms and conditions. Once this is signed by both parties we can move into the next phase.
Timeframe: 3-10 days depending on staffing requirements
We are now ready to start bringing in any medical equipment, supplies, furniture, personnel, etc. We provide everything needed for all of the services we deliver. The only thing we require is a wi-fi connection and an empty room to provide the necessary testing services. We take it from there and work directly with your staff on understanding the most efficient workflow for the practice and your patients.
Timeframe: 1-3 days depending on logistics and supplies
The relationship is just getting started once we implement. Our on-going support and customer service is what sets us apart. We handle all the medical billing and coding, any patient questions or concerns, courier pick up, etc. From here we just need you to do what you do best… Be A Physician! Let us handle the heavy lifting because that is what we do best.
